Yes he is. Trust me, he wass a complete non factor in 2 average MSW's. He's a mid level claimer at best. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but when the best thing you can say about a horse is, "he has got some speed." Well, he's just not good.
He is exceptionally not good for the price.
Therefore he sux.
I just hope there is some shame associated
with the purchase.
