I don't think he should have been able to serve all his suspensions concurrently.

Having vaccinations for the barn cats and horses, and unlabeled vials and bottles of routine horse meds doesn't bother me that much (the last is unfortunately very common). There is some interesting other stuff there.

But it doesn't hold a candle to trying to explain why you have cobra venom.
