Somer, I read on some Greyhound sites that some of them do require housetraining and (very interesting) training to go up and down stairs. I guess it varies dog to dog?
Which is not to knock your post-- I am so envious that you adopt racing Greyhounds that I can't begin to articulate it! I adore them. When my husband and I finally live in a place that permits pets we decided we'll adopt one racing greyhound (for me) and one mutt (for him). That's so great that you've given a home to some of these retired racers. Three cheers for Somer!
