the problem is that I will never read a DRF form (with exactly the same information it has) nor see a speed figure...since they dont exist here in my country. Even though this is an importante reading to me?

Just read it. I will send you your money back if you found it unentertaining or unhelpful. There are many concepts about handicapping that can be useful anywhere.

I can, but i plan to wager on brazilian races....not us races...drf doesnt publish any pp´s about brazilian races...
