Before we get too crazy about Lawyer Ron, while he did look very good winning at Saratoga, beating the likes of the hardly-stellar Diamond Stripes, Wanderin Boy and Sun King, let's remember that he lost his only start at Monmouth, to a Grade III horse.
They said the same about Ghostzapper in the BCC and they let him off at like 5/2 or something insane. I think you should get crazy about Lawyer Ron because his figures are HEAD AND TAILS above all these horses and should/would be a stone cold single on BC Day for me. His figures are in the Ghostzapper terriotory right now and while I doubt he could improve, he could regress 4 pts and STILL win. He has been whipped twice in these last two victories, it isn't like he was all out.
