But of course, he just loves to do that. Came out as leisurely as if he was just going for a stroll.
Was going to post this on our old boys thread, but got busy.
He came in a beautiful third and paid 11.40 I think just to show up. Got paid almost 8,000 purse to do what he loves.
I'm a big fan of the old gray boy.

I still don't see why no one gives Evening Attire a bashing over still running at age 9. He has the exact same ability as Funny Cide and they are both former G1 winners.

Shhhhh...don't get anyone started. He just goes about it quietly and we just love to watch him, that sneaky old gray boy.

Is he even still gray anymore? I'd call his evening attire white tie and tail now.

Does he... get bashed, I mean?

Good Lord he's an icon.

A pleasure to watch and root for.

He did his usual, breaking slowly...but finished fast.
Just gotta love him!

I love these slow starters.

I've never seen him race, but i have heard plenty about him.

There is a horse who used to race in Europe, but now in America named Boule D'or, and he has a similar racing style. He is usually slow from the gates (not everytime, but most of his starts) and finishes strongly.

I don't see why no one gives letswastemoney a bashing over still posting stupid posts after nearly 500 posts.
