Personal opinion here but I think what is going on at Albq this weekend is way to quick. I don't understand the financial impact that doing this 'procott' has on the ADW's and Tracknet/TVG. I am hoping that this has some minor success so when the full fledged boycott happens, we really catch their attention

I agree that it is too quick.

Default something to think about

have you guys ever thought about organizing your Procott to a single race and wager?

for example: If everyone involved wagered $20 on say the Trifecta in Race1 at Albq...
100 players would add $2,000 for that trifecta pool.

You may get better actual participation with a moderate wager. Most importantly you could pin-point the Effect of your Procott.

I couldn't agree more, but this thing hasn't been thought out properly and I am praying that the effect is noticably

I would think that if the organizers want to get the attention of the tracks than they should go after their wallets. I know that this would be very difficult to pull off but if it worked it would certainly get the attention of a tracks management.

My suggestion is to try and create a Minus pool at a Magna or Churchill downs track. By creating a minus pool the track woould suffer economically, the hard part would be selecting a race with a field that could almont guarantee a minus pool. I would obviosuly suggest making show wagers and if enough people had the correct winning tickets than the track would lose money and you would have the tracks attention. The problem is if the track knew in advance that this was happening then they would not offer show wagering, but in they case they also lose money as they do not get their take out.

Just a thought I had, probably very difficult to pull off though.
