No doubt. But a jury is a great way to get a group of people together that really dont care to understand the diff. Or maybe not take that diff. into account if race overrides the actual charges.

Not long back they had people on the streets holding up signs chanting for the law to get off his back, just damn dogs dont ya know. Z can you imagine if there was big grass roots support for him that gets started again... Rev. Sharpton would be happy to enter the fray. But only if the ball gets rolling.

and it's up to vick and his lawyers whether they go in front of that jury....they don't have to make a deal. but kowing that additional charges are pending, and that his co-defendants all not only pleaded guilty but are available to testify--i think he'd better take the deal.
supposedly, they want a minimum jail sentence of a year, and vick wants NO jail time. he's in la la land with that one. so, at this point, we all know he's guilty, as an innocent man does not consider a plea....question is, length and severity of punishment.
