I thought it was a little dr. ego involved here, but people told me he had gotten really attached to him, in the video you can tell he has. You would suspect the staff to get attached, but Dr. Richardson used to come across as this calm, funny guy, and now he looks like a guy who might be hurt by his loss more than even the owners, trainer and fans.
