Default RIP Bill Walsh

Just found out that former 49er head coach has died after a long battle with leukemia.A true genius that transformed offense in football.RIP Bill.

So sad. He was an intrigual part in the Bengals hisotry. RIP brother.

very good coach, great eye for talent.
personally, i can't say the west coast offense changed the game for the better.

NOOO! I'd didn't know he was battling cancer. damnit.
I did think what he did with SF was genius. always admired him for being so in control and two steps ahead of everyone else.

sorry to hear this.

a great coach, and a great guy. sorry to hear that he lost his battle with leukemia, but no doubt in my mind he would say he lived a full life, and has no regrets, nothing left undone. my sympathy to his family, who will feel his loss more than any football fan.

both good and bad. just think, what would they call the west coast offense if PB would have hired this guy instead of bill johnson?
funny that 2/3 Supers happen against the whodey.
