Why would Billy Wagner be going to the Tigers?

I live in NY & have never heard anything about that trade.

I corrected myself, I meant Dan Wheeler of the Astros. I got the names mixed up, I know that Wagner is not leaving the Mets.

Indians need starting pitching badly. It's a miracle they are only 1.5 behind the Tigers and leading the wildcard chase with only 2 and a half starting pitchers so far this year. Everyone says they are going after bullpen and outfield help. They need a starting pitcher much worse. Lee and Westbrook still sporting plus 6 ERAs with no signs of getting any better. If they can't get anyone or if Miller or Laffey from the minors don't step in the rest of the year, they will not make postseason. They simply can't stay where they are trotting out Lee and Westbrook every 5th day and survive. I blamed their injurires for struggles for much of the season...but they have been back long enough that you have to say they are just stenchful period.

Tomko getting beat up tonite is the best thing that could of happened, because the Dodgers gotta realize that piece of dung isn't gunna get it done.Don't know why Grady likes this charcoal artist.I heard that they had a meeting and decided no starters(that are available by trade)can help them. They said they are gunna look more for middle relief.Well, hey man,Detroit's pen gave it up badly today. So,it ain't like you are gunna outbid them (easily) for relief help.
