Okay, just to clear things up, again. You CAN NOT bet 10 cent supers at NYRA tracks or NYC OTB's. If you can do it in other OTB's in the state, great. But down here in civilization you CAN NOT.

Just amazes me that these OTB's completely miss the point of lowering the takeout on certain bets. If you do that, then bettors will bet other stuff on those races. I can personally attest to that.

Just amazing that they would cut off their noses to spite their faces like that...
