There's a spot downstairs in the clubhouse area, maybe the Jim Dandy bar someone else mentioned, of about 15 tables that's a bar right next to the walk out to the track from the paddock. From there you can slip upstairs (when they are not guarded) to be at the top of the 2nd floor clubhouse and stand and watch the races. You can get everywhere you want which is what makes Saratoga great.
