Back -- no significance to me. Front -- if a new development and coming off a layoff, or the horse stopped last race, etc., makes me leery (though I don't discount it as a trainer's trick in a claiming race). I'll want to look at the horse to see if he's acting okay otherwise. Not sure if this actually helps my handicapping but it makes me feel better.
