The "Stone" moniker is very common, but it also works for a lot of people. Not sure if that fits into "branding" yourself and your farm. Making it second though might work, as posted prior -- Midstone, Middlestone, Centerstone, or something like that.

We have a Rocking Horse Stables here in Central Florida... it's a huge cross country place.
