its been said before.
but I was and will always be a huge Skip Away fan...When i lived in KY I went w/ a mare to Hopewell (to a different stallion) but they were nice enough to take me back to the barn to see Skippy and feed him a mint--it was a HUGE thrill. The hair has gone almost white but he is still a beauty. Sad that he has been less than stellar at stud.

Very surprised that nobody took Artie Shiller too.
Plenty of other good greys.

Silver Charm was my favorite and the Freehouse rivalry was beautiful..wasn't a fan of Holy Bull at the time, but he was some awesome racehorse.

Anybody mention Shaconage? Not only my favorite grey, but maye my favorite horse period over the last few years.

Am I not in on this joke or something?...Spooky Mulder (one my faves as well) and Artie Schiller are both bays, not grays....

maybe it's a local thing but Zen was a great IL sire who usually produced winners.
