Great, thanks for posting that - what a rush, hum, to have a race horse!
 People were talking about learning more about the details of the sport - just remembered Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association www.toba.org and the TB Owners of California www.toconline.com both have some good basic "starter owner" information, including vet costs for common procedures, track and racing procedures, etc.
