Well Steve,
There have been plenty of good suggestions on this thread. I'll just put in my two pennies worth... Being as Saratoga is near the Adirondacks...I think "mountain oysters" should be on the menu. Serve 'em on a kieser roll with a "high life", slaw on the side. Saratoga memories will be made. Q: "Hey, how did you do at Saratoga?" A: "You've gotta have oysters if ya think you'll win there."
