![]() Whatever I decide to go with for a speed figure, and the Beyer is definitely in the ballpark, the pace figure will be much lower, about 16 points. In other words, the race was over very early.
I don't think anyone needed numbers to know that. |

![]() I agree that he won with yet another smoke and mirrors kind of trip.....but what more could he have done? It's his 4th straight stakes win, all with his ears pricked while never asked.
He is a tactically gifted horse...but like you say....he may not look like the greatest thing since sliced bread if he gets hooked by a couple inferior speed balls and is softened. |
