Can someone please explain to me what Castellano was doing on INCA IS CALLING in today's 4th at BEL? Can someone please point out to me at which point in the race he EVER asked the horse to run? That was pretty baffling. I watched the pan and head on a couple times and he just completely blew it....at best. He made zero attempt to get out. When the eventual winner got in trouble on the turn Castellano could have taken advantage of that and eased out a bit. He just stayed inside, in fact jammed her inside, and never had a shot.

It was so bad, my sanest friend who never complains about things not being on the level said it looked like a stiff job. He was sort of joking and I am inclined to believe it was just incompetence.

At least it wasn't the worst ride of the day. Prado locked worst ride of the meet up in the 5th.
