No need for the nuclear assault being launched at me by some. I come in peace. Lol.
NO assault. You make some good points. Humble Janet even had a better trip getting through on the inside and she passed Sumwon, and Sumwon did outfight her and ran past her and nearly got to LE Chateau as well. She was also getting 7 lbs from the winner as well which must be taken into account.

Exactly. I thought the 2 would easily get by her. The 2 didnt. That alone was impressive enough.

In all honesty I think sometime people who are involved in owning a horse become "blinded" at times to whats really going on. The person who called me an a-hole obviosuly cant handle losing so perhaps shouldnt be involved in the game. I am just stating some facts.

You all got a nice horse for 25k. You should be happy. After the first race the horse might not have seemd like a great buy...but she is a nice purchase.

As if YOU know what's really going on. thanks for enlightening everyone.
you have not provided any facts, only keep restating that you think that she should have won since she got a good trip. that's not a fact, it's your opinion.

the person that called you an a-hole was responding to your "skirt" comment.
You say you come in peace but to me it seems like you have another agenda, namely pouring cold water on some people that were a little enthusiatic about their horse. I'm sure they were all thrilled that she nearly pulled off the upset, but you had to come along and state the "facts" that what she really did was "settle" for second.

I think it's obviously fine to have a dissenting opinion, but I think that yours sounds a little silly.

Maybe it looked like a "perfect trip" to you, but considering all the factors that weigh in just as much if not more than the so-called "perfect trip," it was a tremendous effort.

Besides, since when is taking dirt in the face for the first time, going four wide on the far turn, getting passed by horses on the inside and outside, then coming back to lose a photo a perfect trip?

Kinda like saying Curlin got a perfect trip in the Preakness..

I thought that was awesome. It was a lot of fun to watch, I really wish for you guys who were there that she could have gotten you into the winner's circle.

A fine performance anyway, she certainly looked good today and should break through in pretty short order.

Again....this is just my opinion. I dont see it as silly, but if thats what you think thats fine. But she sat right behind a speed horse who figured to chuck it on the turn and easily went around her. To me that is a perfect trip. The winner had to go wide around her. It really doesnt get much better than that. She is a nice horse who got beat by a better horse. Now in her next if she doesnt get a perfect set up and wins then I will be the first to say congrats.

Curlin did not have an easy trip and was as gutsy as a horse can get to comeback and beat SS who had a better trip. There is no comaprison between todyas race and The Preaknes.

SUMWON ran her friggin eye balls out. She seems like a gritty son of a bitch because she was passed by TWO HORSES on BOTH SIDES and fought back. While I nailed the race cashing my all time high in tickets in one race (17 total tickets), if she wins that friggin race I am F'N ROLLIN in even more dough.

She is a hell of a horse. I think 8.5 panels is her max though as that pace was perfect for her today, she just got passed inside and outside and that could freak a horse out, but NO. She fires right back.

She will need a break after this though as this is two grueling races, I am guessing a 45-60 day layoff is coming

not opinions that only agree with the owner, but your seconditis crap is idiotic. She ran an amazing race, yeah she had a great trip but if she would have figured out how to change her leads without weaving she would have been in the winners circle. You seem to forget she only lost by a head and she fought hard. It was pretty spectacular considering she broke her maiden for 15k at mountaineer. I dont own this horse either but she has zero case of seconditis. Shes just finished 2nd to some really nice horses. Chucks only had her for a couple months and hes had to completely re-train her. 50k allowance is a huge purse, she's running at a top level.

gosh

She has ran in 2 races in which she had a somewhat easy trip and got 2nd...and had a perfect set up..and ran 2nd. Sounds like seconditis to me. It's not like its a bad thing...still collecting some nice checks with decent purses. She obviosuly is running in the right place and has been spotted very well by Simon in her last two.

Christ...its just one person's opinion. It's not like I am on here saying that some of the outlandish things being said at times are crap. These people have every right to state what they think..just like me.

Man speaks the truth...

Chuck and his team, identified at auction a horse who broke her Maidem at Mountaineer in a claimer. Purchased her and trained her to run her eyeballs outan moving up in class in two out of three starts earning well over 50% of her purchase price.

Honestly feel like I was probably 5+ years from gettig in this game.

Me and everyone I know that is personally involved iin this, is having the time f'ng of our lives. Being involved with Filly, in whatever small way, is a true highllight for me.

BIG PROPS!!!

It's obvious yourself and some others cant handle a different opinion than yours. Thats too bad. I guess if anyone who might have a diffferent opinion on here should not be heard. Kinda of f* cked up.

No agenda

No cold water.

Just stating something that a lot of other people who saw the race might have seen.
