That was very lame.

I hit a big Pick-6 a couple years ago and posted every horse I used on another board, race by race, and while many/most congratulated me, one jackass went on a crusade that I didn't hit it and needed to offer proof.

Just think how annoyed that poster would have been had you hit. It'll happen.

Yeah, it bothered me for about 10 seconds. You gotta move on. What sucks for me is I'm probably going to hit 4 of 6, and there won't be a carryover.

thats one of the reasons I rarely tell anyone my plays before a race. Especially live at the track. most people are rooting for me to lose. weird thing about horse gamblers they love to point out when you lose

no-win situation.
if you don't post picks, and you hit, you get abused.
if you post, and miss, you get abused.
post, hit, get abused for not posting soon enough!

I think that there is a diffrence between rooting against someone and hoping your ticket pays. Pari-mutual means that someone must lose money so you can make it, but you don't have to be an ass about it.

JustinDew,
It was thoughtful of you to share your ticket here and very nice to offer it up for partners. Hopefully one donkey of a poster won't keep you from sharing your thoughts. Perhaps one day we will cross paths at Calder.
