Well, I'd rather watch her "home video" but that another story! Sanjaya will put out a CD, it will be interesting to see if it sells!

Can we say Justin Guarini? BUT PLEASE don't let Sangaya end up on the TV Guide channel. I really don't ever want to see that boy again. I could have gotten free tickets to the American Idol tour down here, but turned them down because I couldn't handle seeing Sangaya again. (My hubby is friends with the president of the sponser of the tour down in Miami). He laughed when I told him why I didn't want to go.

I'm glad that you have a good sense of humor.I'm 49 and despite Jordin being only 17 she appeals to me more than Blake because of her amazing voice{better than Melinda}.But they're not looking to target people my age but rather the teenage set.Blake has a gimmick and gimmicks sell to that age group.

jordin doesnt look like an american idol she has avg face, and using the word chunky is putting it mildly

Yeah, that's all you can comprehend...physical appearance! Jordin has a very attractive face, especially when she wears her hair straight and she's far from "chunky"...what she is, and I've commented on it before, is very tall. If she needs to lose a few pounds, she'll have experts to help her...she's 17 for gosh sakes, when she 22 she'll be a babe, guaranteed! And weight didn't stop Rubin...and he was a bit well...big! Ms Franklin has a bit of "Respect" in the industry as do others of her build...your constant "beauty is everything" comments are beyond tiresome.

Was it my imagination or during the season did Lakisha,Jordin and Melinda all seem to lose weight.

I'm sure they probably did...for the first time in their lives, they would have had folks advising them on dress etc as well as their singing! Jordin at 17 is, as Buffy said, a "normal" girl figure wise, they can finetune that if it's decided that it would help her image, what she does have is a very pretty face and a great personality...those are much harder to change so she's ahead of the game.

Well that's true but Carrie Underwood won and country supposedly has a limited fan base compared to pop (not sure if that's true). Carrie was clearly the best as is Jordin (now that Melinda is gone). Sanjaya had that teenybopper support along with Stern and Votefortheworst yet it wasn't enough to carry him...I think Jordin wins easily!
