He actually held up very well for about the first month or so after he was diagnosed. But he started to deteriorate badly the last week, especially the last 24 hours. I still can't believe he's gone. I had him for practically 13 years. He was a huge part of my life. It's so strange when I walk into my living room and he's not there. It will take a long time to get used to.
