Uh weeeell... ...there was once this engineer who tired of the expense shelled out to clean storm sewers. He thought about it a while and decided the trash was entering via the streets......where the run off entered the storm sewers via slotted cover inlets ...so to speak. So he thought ...."Well ya know....if I make these inlets to the storm sewers have a bottom about 2 feet deeper than the invert or "bottom" of the storm sewer line....why I bet all the phooey stuff from the street would settle out in this deeper bottom allowing only clean water to enter the sewer line. So he did and it worked. All they had to do was clean out the "catch basins" rather than the whole line. But you know I only call you that in very friendly jest....as I know your shock system can take it. I also know you do hear the music. I pray I am correct. Soon we will know. |

![]() Imperfections and sour notes are filtered out and bonded together in a massive heap of rubbish, like words from the one with the chosen name of the prophet or something similar. (A joke for ArlJim)
![]() The music, like the clean water, flows. I can hear it. I can taste it. I can breathe it. Can you? ...and did you ever notice how the word breathe begins with lips together and the air flows through your mouth, forcing you to exhale at the last part? Are there many words that can do that? I doubt it. There is beauty in everything. Am I right? |
