Why I am giving up on this game

Now getting back to the title of this thread, the reason I may be giving up the game:

Yesterday, had 8 out of 11 winners at Monmouth Park... still took an ass-kicking! The winners of the last 2 races were completely unplayable by my handicapping methods. The other race I lost, was the most important of the day, the final leg of what would have been a 4 figure pick four, and a 3 figure pick 3. If it weren't for bad luck the last 2 weeks, I'd have no luck at all
