The latest name i have heard is the Russian name, and as far as i'm aware they changed it from greatwallofchina. But as you say, no matter what it's name is lets hope he is a bit special...... from what i've been told, he might just be that. The Giant's Causeway - Onima colt has apparently been named Historical Giant |

![]() Henry to the Coventry from the racingpost: I can't wait.. from the post
ROYAL ASCOT is set to start off with a bang with one of the most impressive two-year-olds of the season, the Aidan O'Brien-trained Henrythenavigator, putting his reputation on the line in the Coventry Stakes. Among those likely to take on the unbeaten Ballydoyle hope will be the resurgent Peter Chapple-Hyam, who boasts a 44 per cent strike rate with his two-year-olds this season, and will run Orientalist Art. Henrythenavigator, a seven-length winner on his debut over 7f at Gowran Park and already 10-1 favourite for the 2,000 Guineas with Ladbrokes, will head the O'Brien challenge. The trainer, who has sent out four winners of the 6f event but none since Statue Of Libetry in 2002, has left five in the race at the six-day stage, said on Wednesday: “The plan is to run Henrythenavigator and maybe one or two others.” Derby winning trainer Chapple-Hyam, who saddled Dutch Art to win last year's Norfolk Stakes, has trained four juvenile winners from nine starts but is likely to keep his better known performers for other targets, despite also entering Declaration Of War and Winker Watson in Tuesday's Royal Ascot curtain-raiser. The Group 2 race features 37 entries and has a strong representation from Ireland, including the unbeaten Tracey Collins-trained Pencil Hill, top on Racing Post Ratings. Declaration Of War has won both starts, the latest a Listed victory at Epsom on Derby day, while Winker Watson impressed when winning a Newbury maiden winner. Orientalist Art was a beaten favourite when second to Luck Money at Newmarket last month. Chapple-Hyam said: “I'm not sure what I'm doing but Orientalist Art will probably be my only runner.” “I will wait and see what the entries for the Norfolk Stakes are like but Winker Watson will probably go there. Declaration Of War is only likely to run if something goes wrong with Orientalist Art.” “Orientalist Art is pretty good but he has got ground to make up with the Paul Cole horse Luck Money. The royal meeting gets harder every year but I am very happy with the horse.” Luck Money, who finished two and a half lengths ahead of Orientalist Art, will be attempting to win a fourth Coventry Stakes for Cole. Pencil Hill, who has won both his starts, beat O'Brien's subsequent Group 3 winner You'resothrilling when landing a 5f Listed race at the Curragh last month. Successful over 6f at Naas on his debut, Pencil Hill will be ridden by Pat Shanahan and will be a first Royal Ascot runner for his trainer, who will also be represented by Dandy Man in the King's Stand Stakes35 minutes later. “Pencil Hill is very well and we're looking forward to running him on Tuesday “ said Collins. Coventry entry Achilles Of Troy, a five-length winner at Newmarket before finishing onlyfourth behind Pencil Hill at the Curragh, willrepresent Aidan O'Brien in the Windsor Castle Stakes, in which there are 41 entries, with stablemate Warsaw, winner of both his starts and also in the Coventry, likely to wait for the Norfolk Stakes.

![]() Do you think it will matter stepping him back in trip? That would be my only concern with Henry.
He looked like an exceptional horse when making his debut, but that race wasn't the best. For me i'd be looking at Pencil Hill who is unbeaten and already a listed race winner over five and judging by both of his win, six should should him even better than five. The form if the listed race was boosted when You'resothrilling won a Gr3 next time. If i have a bet, i will probably take him. |
