Some decent idea's except...

Putting people out of business just because they do not attract the top tier of talent is a bad idea. It's like saying we should have no minor league baseball, no nationwide tour, or no busch series.

I am probably in the minority here, but I can be just as much of a fan of a cheap claiming horse and trainer as I can a Grade 1 winner, especially when its for an owner who inst a multi-millionaire with a trainer like Pletcher or Baffert.
