Was very sad to see again...HE was a "warrior". Too bad it's things like this that brings horseracing to the forefront...

not going to watch it myself. i try to stay positive as much as possible, that show would be too maudlin for me.

yeah, he was. but i kept up with him so much from preakness on, i don't want to go back and watch any of it. heck, it was only a couple of years ago that i finally read the book on ruffian. it's just not something i do. kind of like that dale earnhardt movie, i refused to watch it.

I think you are right about how much he meant to those around him being a positive. I just wish more trainers, jocks, and owners cared that much about the horse.
