So how does this show parlay work?

Fl Bred, read back to the top of the thread, it's all spelled out. Basically keep betting an ever-increasing amount until you bust.

Here's a better summary, which mentions that jman is trying to just hit 10 in a row. (not bet until he busts)

I will take a hypothetical $100 and bet it to show on a horse, take the payout and bet it on another horse, until I reach 10 picks. So far, from the first two rounds, it seems as though I will do well enough just to bet until I bust....

But, yes, to be serious.... 10 consecutive show bets is what I'm going for in each round. The total payout from the previous bet gets bet to show on the next bet. That's all a parlay is.

I've got 3 races at Beulah for today... Running Total through the third race was $221. That's the first show wager amount for today...

on Race 8, is the pick going to count if half the entry scratches? I would assume that it would not count, but whatever you say beforehand is okay.
