How much time will you spend capping the Derby

I've essentially been capping the derby for a few months so at this point it's just formulating bets and looking at post positions. . .

Well I think I began handicapping on BC day. Then every prep race since. Will make a phone call or two on Oaks or Derby morning and then it's off to the OTB. I think at this point, the decisions have been made for the most part, it's about convincing yourself. The old analysis paralysis theory. We all pretty much know by now, the only thing left to do is bet.

Unfortunately I don't think that's the case. . . Curlin will be the chalk and Scat Daddy will be the favored Pletcher horse- even though he's his third string (making Cowtown Cat his fourth string). . .
