Agreed, just got done handicapping the card...STILL they're all just three year old fillies, anyway you look at it...she will be a price.
The bottom line is long as she comes back "fit and fine" after her effort.

Breaking your maiden at Mountaineer/running second for open 20K at TP then on to a AX1 at Keeneland. Like I said an aggressive spot. It will be a tough race but its true anything can happen once the gates open. Came Home's do seem to like a little route as they mature. The Gone West line seems to enjoy the synthetic surface also.

Not too many spots for a horse like ours City. But we aren't undefeated and if she can be competitive with these we will be in good shape.

I did not see a work published for today. Looks like a pretty nice field. And SWLY will probably get the lead whether she wants it or not... good luck to us, and thanks Chuck for all the work getting the filly to this point. Looking forward to coming home and watching the race on Wednesday.

I agree with Hooves...but I'll take 28-1 in the tri or super.

Chuck has a pretty nice obscure trainer angle: 2nd Route Race (29 10% +2.65).... but perhaps more impressive, 20% off the 31-90 days layoff....3rd highest behind Pletcher and Proctor.

Let's hope it comes through and that Brisnet Prime Power Rating is turned upside down on its head for this race.

Hey these young'ens get better in no time at all. She's gotten bigger and she's had a little time between races to fill out. I hope she comes back sound and go from there. Like they say being the underdog they never see you coming. Keeneland Turf favors her style and although she's in with some tough ones I like her chances to hit the board.

Didn't you pick her out as you thought there could be upside? This is probably not her spot, but as you've told us, the only way to find out where she belongs is to run her.

I think we'll all be thrilled if she shows the improvement she's promised in her training, because then you can spot her where you'd really like her to be

How did you come up with Trensa as your play of the day. I would love to know the angle used for this pick. My hat is off to the" Ky. killing machine" for the pick, but I can't see how anyone could like this horse based on the pp's in the drf. Please tell me what you saw.
