Like I said, maybe it is just a coincidence, (I honestly can't think of any reason that somone would even care who I liked in a race) and I don't really mind either way, but it happens every week, so I am a bit curious.
I did a quick analysis of picks since AngelSita started playing (Since last week - not counting this weeks picks - you both have played 31 of the same races) and here are the results:

You had the SAME picks in ten (10) races and you both were ITM
You both LOST $ ($0 balance) in eight (8) races (I don't know who you picked, just know you had a $0 return)
You had DIFFERENT top picks in thirteen (13) races, of those 13, AngelSita won more $ in eight (8) races and you won more $ in five (5) of the races.

Just an analysis... and don't get mad at me if I copy you, too... you're in the lead Man!!!

Some people want to "Be Like Mike"... I want to "Be Like Sean"!!!!

Ummmmmm, I think not.
You want to be a mediocre (at best) handicapper that works way too much, and spends entirely too much of the time he isn't working at derbytrail.com?
Really DerbyCat, you need to aspire to much more.

Okay, I'll stop filling up the contest page with posts that are not selections now, as I know that just makes your job more difficult when it comes time to calculate the results.

Carrot's Picks:

Bay Shore: Pass the Punch alt. In The Woods

Wood: Flashstorm alt. Reptilian Storm (I think he likes names with "storm" in them, what do you think?)

Lafayette: Silver Express alt. Storm Force

Illinois: Cobalt Blue alt Bold Start

SA: Medici Code alt. Liquidity

My Picks:

Lafayette: Out of Gwedda alt. Call Me Clash (I did like Barkley Sound and Dontgetmadgeteven too. This was a hard race for me but OOG stood out)

Bay Shore: Wollaston Bay alt. Inthewoods

Illinois: (This is a tough one too!) Cobalt Blue alt. Reporting for Duty. (RFD is one of my gut thoughts for the day!)

SA: Bwana Bull alt. Sam P. (I am sticking with what I picked Thursday at lunch even though Seattle put the kiss of death on Bull)

WOOD: No Biz alt. Any Given Saturday (Although I am rooting for Summer Doldrums, my other gut thought)

Good luck to everyone!
