Interesting article. Thanks. Do you know who appointed the judge, Rosemary Collier? Kurt Julius Goldstein, 87, and Peter Gingold, 85, began a class action in America in 2001, but the case was thrown out by Judge Rosemary Collier on the grounds that the government cannot be held liable under the principle of "state sovereignty". Jan Lissmann, one of the lawyers for the survivors, said: "President Bush withdrew President Bill Clinton's signature from the treaty [that founded the court] not only to protect Americans, but also to protect himself and his family." If her appointment (Collier) has ties to the Bushes, this could become even more interesting. Yes, lots of money seems to be involved. Anything can happen. In my opinion, congress has access to the resources and the power to investigate. The people deserve the requisite answers. This seems to harken to Jefferson's premise, "the consent of the (informed) governed" is the source of the credibility by which the government gains its powers. Thanks for the article. |

That article was plenty good. Geesh, I didn't even know it was "take a worm for a walk week". Perhaps it's time to follow Rovie's example, "rip the heads off little animals". Is Gonzo an illegal immigrant? If he is, I hope he meets up with Billo sometime soon. |
