Which meant more money for education, GI bills, highways, etc. I don't think it's all due to chocolate (though lord knows I eat enough of it to support Switzerland all by myself)! Hee hee.
Screw Switzerland. Half the worlds criminals live there. That guy Marc Rich who ran off without paying his taxes gets haven there along with all the other oil/arms dealer criminals.
