He's still a pretty good horse, even off last year, and making his debut in this spot is baffling to say the least. I'm sure they would have written a race for him in NY.
It's hard for me to blame Tagg for the foolish spots this horse continually races in, as he's just too good a trainer to be this consistently wrong, but whomever is to blame should be ashamed of themselves. How about a confidence booster?
