Point is that there is still so much time before the Derby and horses can go either way so quickly. I enjoy reading everyones list, and just wonder how much changing will be going on in the next few weeks after the major preps. In all likely hood the winner of the Derby might not have won his final prep.

I would put Funny Cide on that list with the 3 you mentioned as well, as the Wood hadn't been run yet and he had finished 5th in the Holy Bull and 3rd in the La Derby. People weren't jumping on this horse either in late March 2003.
