we got LUCKY !! it stayed warmer and didn't start to snow until mid-morning yesterday. all rain and sleet before that. we ended up with 6-7" of snow.
28* today with 25-30 mph winds ! I"M SO sick of this winter crap!! shouldn't be shoveling snow on St. Patty's Day !

mid sixties here. a chilly breeze keeps a jacket on you tho.
we went to dumas this morning, picked up pieces of houses today. it's the third week that a group has gone there (we're with boy scouts) to help clean up, and there's still so much on the ground! depressing in a way, but uplifting in another--destruction, but now rebuilding and pitching in. amazing to see nothing but a mess in some spots, and an untouched house right next door.
