Here.... from Racing Post

Hurricane Run suffers a dent to his Pride

ALAIN DE ROYER-DUPRE’S Pride found a fantastic turn of foot to edge out Hurricane Run in a thrilling renewal of the Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud this afternoon.

Christophe Lemaire was content to sit behind the early leaders before asking his mount for maximum effort soon after the field had entered the straight.

Hurricane Run had struck the front with a quarter mile left to run, and despite sticking on gamely under pressure, he had no answer to the winner's finishing burst.

Kieren Fallon had not looked entirely happy on last season's Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe winner for much of the contest, niggling Hurricane Run along with a half mile left to go.

On entering the straight, he kicked for home and looked to have established a winning lead, but Lemaire conjured a power-packed finish from Pride, who got up in the shadows of the post.

Last month'sPrix d'Ispahan hero Laverock took third place in the mile and a half showpiece.

And you can see the photo of the finish at

Find the race and click on 'La Photo' <grin>

Could HR's loss be attributed to the fact that this was his first experience with a Left-Handed track?
