I agree with you that the second horse had a tougher trip and all things being equal I thought ran a better race.

You'll see my quote from before the race where I said the same thing. Take my double up today and not like against better at the same low odds based on Frankel and him being undefeated. However, I will say every horse I have owned would be beaten by this one, so good luck to Bobby.

Default Bayshore Bound?

According to NYRA / Aqueduct's website it appears that they expect Les Grand Trois to run in the Bayshore on Saturday.

What are the odds that he actually starts?

99% They've said he is going to run there for the past month so I don't see why things would change.

Yes, facing Bill Place, Wolllaston Bay and a few other horses I've never heard of.
Pletcher originally had Out Of Gwedda pointed here, but was scared to death to run against Les Grand trois, so decided to run him in the Layfaette at Keenland the same day.

Seriously though, the frankel/pletcher matchup of Keyed Entry vs Latent Heat in the carter should be a doozy.
