Danehill Smile went a short distance after jumping out of the barriers in Heat 11, whereby her jockey elected to pull her up. Racing NSW Vets inspected the filly soon afterwards and found her to be acutely lame in the off-hind leg. Danehill Smile has since been sent to the Randwick Equine Centre.
