I think Gulfstream got harder later. It was hot. And again I ask, what was wrong with the 1 hole. I did not see a horse get a decent start out of that spot?

I was. Even though as a Derby horse its probably not gonna work. Stormello is a very game animal. He was pushed the 2nd half hard and still hung in there. I was sure he was cooked.

I was wondering about that myself... Rescue Party, For You Reppo, Forefathers and Slam Bammy all broke very poorly..needless to say, I also bet on all 4 of them, which is why it was so noticeable
