In post number 21 below you talk about the bad day you are having and that even though it was perhaps a bad decision, that you were going to make a bet in the seventh, that you were going to go for it.

One minute later is when you announced your big $50 pick three wager.

You must really live close to an OTB.

Even so, that's pretty close to be able to run over there in a matter of less than 118 seconds to be able to make both posts.

And it's conveniently a paper ticket that has to be manually cashed right this second, so there will be no paper trail to prove or disprove it.

The perfect crime.

You're not very close to me. Could you possibly scan them and email them to me? And yes there are just a few doubts.

If you can do that let me know and I'll pm you my email address.

You said you were watching it! Why can't you just see the payouts on the monitor once the race is over??

This is the best part of the whole story.

Somehow he was able to turn back time and gain 10 minutes.

A hit of acid now and then never hurt anyone but I think he got some bad junk.

Frankly I hope he (somehow) bet the ticket. But it doesn't really matter. It's a good story.

And seriously, who is PG to get all defensive about it? So what, he just "cashed" a $2,000 ticket, without even once commenting on my massive score in race five, in which I even gave him the winner before the race was run. That totally pales in comparison to the way I drove the odds down on Dry Martini with my $27,500 win bet I made before work today. Can't wait to get home and call Brisbet to withdraw my $41,250!

Hopefully the OTB on my way home will have enough money to pay me!

Brian, when you're in Ann Arbor, where do you go? Northville? I must have spent 500 nights at Northville during school.
