It seems that there has been a rash of cashier check forgeries going on that is making them less welcome.. The guy behind this claim is a very wealthy, has been out of the game for a while and wants to get started again... Here wasa nice horse to wade back into the pool with, and the system inhibits his re-entry into the game. Silly...

That is very interesting because I work in real estate and nearly all transactions are done through Certified, Cashier or Attorney Trust checks.
