I don't know if I would call it " sporting " necessarily. At some point it's important to have an idea where you stand. I don't think NoBiz, as good as he may be, has exactly stamped himself as a horse to avoid. |

NoBiz has been my top choice for a long time but my confidence in him has slipped a bit. I'm looking for him to show a new dimension in the FOY. |

![]() Adore the Gold is my Derby horse as of right now. . . I better bet him big on Saturday because that'll probably be the last time he'll be a decent price. . .

![]() You could have got better than 100-1 odds on Adore the Gold (104/1 in fact) as early as three days ago, through the offshore site Ehorse's betting exchange

![]() Love Mike Gorham as a trainer but still have my doubts about ATG. Prado on a plus but certainly have questions.
But sure would take 104-1 on him |

![]() Adore the Gold easily won the dover around 2 turns at Delaware against some decent horses. With his speed and versatility, I think he's got a huge chance in the FOY if he draws reasonable. Dreams of Thunder gets back to 2 turns as well, which he'll love.

"Wherever Nobiz Like Shobiz goes, we won't go," Dennis O'Neill said. Until Derby Day, that is. " http://www.drf.com/news/article/82893.html " Like Gorham, O'Neill also showed great respect for Nobiz Like Shobiz, who he is hoping to avoid along the Derby trail. "He kicked our butts (in the grade I Champagne where Nobiz finished second and Liquidity ran ninth)," he said. "I was standing right next to Barclay. They were so proud of that horse and they should be--he's a beast when you stand next to him. Not only does he have the look, but he has extremely fast numbers. If you can avoid that horse before the big dance, it would be good." http://tcm.bloodhorse.com/viewstory.asp?id=37764 Last edited by point given : 02-28-2007 at 07:30 PM. |
