"Dr. Morehead made the diagnosis after rectal palpation and an ultrasound."

"Dr. Morehead" sounds like the result of an uninspired porn movie casting.

But, rising out of the gutter for a brief moment, performing rectal palpation on a horse is not a job task I'd envy.
