FG Bruce, Jesse has been tearing up FG also. Love playing their horses as the 'Campbell' box is usually right where I am sitting.....he is an underrated trainer, I would give horses to him or Schrerer

well scav like i mentioned the other day here he has done very will with the get in the picture partnership, although its much more expensive than the 1 steve setup for the good people here i believe campbells is 5k a share but you own multiple horses and the partnership is dissolved at the end of every year and money is split up. mike's definately no fool, he knows how to claim them and knows how to drop and get ridda em when theyre finished

They're nice people. Live (at least used to) across the street from a good friend in L Zurich. Kid Grindstone had a nice year for them. I think the father had a real good year. Glad to see they're doing good.

It is basically Wisconsin....

Campbell isn't just a partnership trainer, he has my friends horse with him now, a 15k claimer.....

There are three trainers I would give a horse to at Arlington. Campbell, Schrerer(especially when he stops partying all night), and Kirby.....

I would even give one to Choilty as he can train, his stock is crap though

Tom, it's not really that close to Wisconsin. I'm glad M Campbell is doing good. I remember him winning early at Spt and Hawthorne with claimed horses from Oaklawn. Someone told me he trains the Wexler horses these days. If so, that's got to help.

I dont think Maggi Moss has unlimited funds, she just makes some very good moves. She spots them right, and claims the right ones.

Come on playa, he has them looking good but they can't run. My guess is that he wins maybe 2 at Arlington.....If he is smart he ships EVERYTHING to Hawthorne and tears that meet up, and hopefully picks up some clients with some cash

Hawthorne shippers have been deadly the past few years when they'd ship to FG, OP, Tam and often GP, although Catalano/Calabrese have struggled this year in Hallandale. Haw may not have the Allw and Mdns to compete w/NY and KY horses but their claiming stock can run well against any circuit.

well hes got some better stock than he had@arlington. yeah he only won 1 race at arlington during the meet out of like 18 but when i started working there we also won races during the arlington meet@churchill, prarie meadows, and great lakes so it wasnt a bad summer for the barn. the 1 race we did win with spanning she was claimed for 18 moved up to 25 ran 3rd dropped back down to 18 and won and got claimed away but that was a huge profit since she got all that ILL bonus money in that race. also the current ownership is much more realisitic, i think steve will have the type of year he had a couple years ago when he was 25%
