They wouldn't need two channels, BUT they could have a commentary channel with specific races, and one that just shows races/post parades/paddock shots

i remember when hrtv first started. imo it looked like it was done out of someone's basement. but it's like they've switched places now, hrtv is very well done, and tvg is hurting. go figure.
