wouldn't surprise me if that many used it. a lot of people think it improves a horse, which is why it was so controlled for years, but now i don't think there's a track that doesn't allow it. trainers will put a horse on it ahead of time, since some horses can be negatively affected when they are first put on the stuff.
funny tho that the euros always dis americans for all their med use, but as soon as they ship in, they're calling the vet to get their charges a dose of the stuff.
