He moved to the leaders because he was loaded. The problem was the winner was twice the horse. No question about the better horse here fellas. He could move anytime and still gets beat by 10 there.

I agree. 3 times the horse! Didnt matter when Gazil moved. He was a mediocre 2nd, again!

Not hating on him, I like the horse Corithian. I said he may do it. Just don't like anyone HATING on a horse so much. Irritates me. I wish I could have seen the race.

I'm not hating on the guy, but he made two "hate" posts against a classic winner (lousy winner or not.) Give me a break...

I hope this is a sign of what Corinthian can do the rest of the year... the handicap division is nauseatingly weak.

If he can run against Jazil every time, he'll do just fine.

Go Corinthian, Go Corinthian, its your birthday, its your birthday.

"And Corinthian leaves Jazil in his massive wake. Corinthian by 6, by 7, Corinthian opening up with every stride. Jazil a distance 2nd."

Also it wasn't as if Corithian was a 25-1 shot or anything like that. I will give the guy props for sticking with his horse because he likes the horse in this spot.

Jazzy is a plodder. True 1 1/2 dirt horse. Therefore he is screwed.

When jazil was used down the back stretch, i was surprised , could this have been a workout within the race.

The pace was too slow---and his main rivals in the betting, Corinthian and King of Jazz were sitting 1-2 up on that soft pace---in a better tactical spot.

Jazil didn't get the pace he needs.....

People forget---that not only was the Belmont 12 furlongs---but that race totally collapsed. Jazil won that from last place, and the horses who raced 1, 2, 3, 4 early on---all went too fast, and would up finishing like 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th.

Funny thing about those Grade 1 races is that the pace is gunna be a bit more honest than some of these allowance races. You might not be able to go a 47 half without somebody looking you right in the eye. No,they aren't allowance races.
